Coronavirus Info

Altitude Avon Customers,
 
Many of our families are understandably concerned about their health and wellness amid the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak.  To minimize the chance of any spread at our park, in addition to our regular daily cleaning and disinfecting processes, we have implemented several additional steps:
 
Cleaning – Our staff will perform additional cleaning services throughout the day as well as a thorough cleaning every evening after closing.  This cleaning will use disinfectant products on all surfaces throughout the facility including trampolines, pads, dodgeballs, climbing elements and foam cubes as well as commonly touched surfaces such as door handles, counters, computers, guardrails, benches, tables and bathrooms.  During our busiest periods, we have added additional staff dedicated solely to continuous cleaning.
 
Behavior – We have asked all staff to stay home if they or any family members have any flu-like symptoms.  Likewise, we ask that if you have a family member that is feeling ill, please stay home.  We encourage all customers to regularly use the soap and water in the bathrooms for hand washing, as well as the hand sanitizers located throughout our park.  If ever a dispenser is empty, please let a staff person know so we can refill it promptly.
 
We will be closely monitoring recommendations from the Avon Board of Health and the CDC, and will provide updates if new developments occur.  We remain committed to providing you and your family with a friendly, clean and safe place to have fun.
